The short version: the enquiry form collects what you type into it, we use it to reply, and we do not sell it. The long version is below, and it is not much longer.
1. What we collect
One thing: what you put in the enquiry form. Your name, a way to reach you, your suburb if you give it, and whatever you write in the message. This site has no accounts, no login and no newsletter, so there is nothing else to collect.
2. Why we collect it
So we can respond to your enquiry. If you ask about a free in-home measure and quote, we may share your enquiry with a suitable local blinds provider so they can service your request. That is the whole flow: you ask, we respond, and if the job needs doing rather than DIYing, it goes to someone who can do it.
3. What we do not do with it
We do not sell your details. We do not add you to a marketing list. An enquiry gets you a reply about your enquiry, not a lifetime of emails about ours.
4. Spam filtering
The form carries a hidden field that only automated bots fill in, and the plumbing behind it is built for Cloudflare's Turnstile check, which quietly sorts people from scripts. If you are a person measuring a window, you will never notice any of it.
5. Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It is a stack of guides, not a surveillance operation.
6. Asking what we hold
Want to know what enquiry details we have from you, correct them, or have them removed? Send that request through the enquiry form and we will sort it. The Australian Privacy Principles set the baseline we work to.
This page is our own plain-English note, written for this site. It is not legal advice, and like a good pencil line it will be gone over again as details firm up.
